The Orpheum Theater Center does not maintain regular box office hours, although it generally opens two hours prior to show time. For box office hours for the Sioux Empire Community Theatre, Sioux Falls Jazz and Blues Society, or other groups, please call those groups directly, or visit their Web sites.

For Ticketmaster events: Available for pickup one hour prior to the event at the Box Office in the main lobby of the Orpheum Theater Center. The customer must present the actual credit card the order was placed on, the order number, and a valid photo ID.
Accessible Seating:
Accessible seating is available on the main floor.

Generally still cameras are allowed, without flash. No video or recording devices are allowed. No outside food or beverage. No weapons, firearms, laser pens. All patrons subject to search.

The Orpheum Theater opened in 1913 as a vaudeville house and seats just under 700 (originally seating 1000). The elegant and beautifully preserved theatre served in this capacity until 1954, when the Community Playhouse group acquired the Orpheum for its home.
