Box Office Hours:

The Orpheum box office is only open on days that there is a performance at the Theater.
Show days: The box office opens at 5:00 pm, or two hours before the first show if there is a matinee.
Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Sioux Falls Arena which serves as the Box Office Monday thru Friday 10:00AM – 5:00 PM

Available for pickup 1 hour prior to the event at the Box Office in the main lobby. The customer must present the actual credit card the order was placed on, the order number, and a valid photo ID.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating is available on the main floor sections - row M.
